Welcome to Heartland Polygraph Services
Providing services in the Criminal Justice System for over 25 years, we are dedicated to finding the truth, enhancing community safety, and ensuring justice.
We accept public, governmental, and private agency referrals, as well as attorney and private citizen referrals.
Testing Locations
Nestled in Pettis County near Sedalia, Missouri, and along the beautiful landscape of the Katy Trail, Heartland Polygraph Services provides testing in all surrounding areas in the Central Missouri region for our neighboring Missouri cities and counties.
When requested, we are available to travel to any location within the State of Missouri. Private referrals are responsible for securing an appropriate location for testing, and fees will include the cost of travel.*
*Travel reimbursement is based on Federal mileage per diem rates and $100 per hour, round-trip.
Instrumentation
Polygraph Instruments and Software
With cutting edge development and outstanding accuracy, Heartland Polygraph Services conducts polygraph examinations with Stoelting Elite series instruments and medical grade sensors.
CPS Fusion software is used to ensure the highest standard of testing with scientifically validated scoring algorithms, including Utah Probability, Response Magnitudes and Objective Scoring System (v3).
Payment Information
Cash and Payments via Square Accepted
A $200.00 deposit will be required at the time your appointment is scheduled. Your balance will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payments may be made via Square invoicing by debit/credit card, Cash App, or ACH bank account payment
If you do not attend your appointment or fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will not be refunded.
